ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
All work is result-based and determined based on the clients' symptoms and goals.

Sessions can include any combination of mental health therapy, healing guidance, bodywork/energy work, alignment and wellness coaching, subconscious re-setting, and/or BodyListening.
$135 per hour

HOLISTIC MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY
Trauma informed, eclectic talk therapy that is person centered and can be solution-based, that can include several mind and body methods such as Brainspotting, Somatic work, Parts Work, Mindfulness, BodyListening, Guided Meditation, Breathing Work, etc.
(Accepting cash-pay clients and offering sliding scale for those who qualify/are in need)

HEALING GUIDANCE
Finding solutions and resources to help clients heal physical, mental, emotional, and energy imbalances and conditions.

BODYWORK AND ENERGYWORK
Bodywork can include any of the following: CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Zero Balancing, Energywork, Cupping, GuaSha, and/or Massage

SUBCONSCIOUS AND TRAUMA CLEARING WORK
Working at a subconscious and unconscious level, we help processes finish so that the system can update and heal. (In-person or remote)

ALIGNMENT AND WELLNESS COACHING
Leveling up, beginning, or fine-tuning- we look at the “holes” in the areas of your life you want to work on and get you to where you want to be.

BODYLISTENING
Melanie’s trademark work, she tunes into the body and tissues, and uses intuitive modalities and symbolism to get guidance for the client’s healing.

Melanie has been working as a consultant to businesses, executives, and healing practitioners since 2001. She uses success strategies, intuitive work, alignment work, and various methods that work- to flesh out the right path for you to take next.
