30 Day Meditation Challenge
30 day program for sitting meditation. You will receive beginning meditation tips to get you started including: setting up a space, choosing an amount of time, how to sit, breathing in the belly, postural alignment, using a chair, grounding and protection, etc. And then get daily emails to keep you on track- including setting intention, how to focus on the breath, different anchors to use, how to get back on track if you miss a day, listening to cues from your body, how to process emotions and thoughts that come up, and added bonuses of several guided meditations.
