Meditation for All People

Over the last two decades, I have worked with thousands of people, helping them gain resources and healing to reduce and reverse their conditions. Throughout these years, I have heard hundreds of people talk about “trying to meditate.”

The top three things that I hear are that:

“I’m not good at it.”

“It’s so hard.”

“I should be doing it/doing it more…”

Meditation is definitely--across the board-- the one thing that I see most helpful in helping people to heal, relax, reduce stress, accomplish their goals, have an increased quality of life, and so much more.

I have people of all ages, backgrounds, and health levels decide to commit to exploring different types and levels of meditation. The results of each one of these cases have been nothing short of amazing. 

I’ve held several workshops, lectures, classes, and one-on-one trainings in the last 20 years for meditation and have found this:

Everyone is different.
Everyone prefers different types of meditation
Everyone gets to do it in the way that suits them the best.


And:
The best kind of meditation…is the one that you DO.

So after walking down the meditation and relaxation path with with thousands of different people, and noticing the differences in how people learn, what their needs are, and what works in their lifestyles- I have decided to share all of my techniques in order to reach and help as many people as I can bring meditation into their lives the way that best serves YOU.

Currently, I am offering three different meditation programs:

1. The Ins and Out of Meditation
This is everything that I have learned and compiled over the last two decades “practicing” a meditation practice and teaching meditation to clients from all different backgrounds.

2. 30 Day Sitting Meditation Challenge
Guided Meditation is awesome. Sitting in silence is the next level. Here we guide you and support you through a 30 day practice of sitting meditation. This practice will allow you to fall into the gap- the gap that connects the conscious to the subconscious mind, an amazing place where change and transformation can take place. It may be challenging, but the benefits are, ohhhh, so worth it! (Students pick from 5-20 minutes for their times.) 

3. Guided Meditations and Visualizations
I will send you 30 days of sweet healing meditations that will lead you through a journey of connection, clearing and completeness. My favorite teachings of helping you reconnect back to your true Self.
