Living together in the same household, no matter how balanced we are, can present challenges. Whether it's fighting, not being on the same page, learning how to negotiate in a balanced way, etc; or if there are more challenging things such as divorce, past abuse, alcohol or drug addiction, we can learn ways to survive instead of survive. All techniques used are empowering solutions to taking care of ourselves and doing whats right in the situation for our highest good.
