Approximately 25% of Americans suffer from anxiety, and that number is probably low. The fast pace and pressure of adult's and children's lives can cause a lot of us to get overwhelmed and the body's physical and mental systems show many symptoms of this. Melanie started asking why the body was responding is such ways and after lots of research, now uses several techniques to help the body get into a parasympathetic (relaxed) state, clear old physical and emotional trauma, and let the system balance.
