New Moon Mindful Intention Program for the New Year
How to move forward in all areas of your life using “the middle path” concept of mindfulness, discipline, and grace.
It’s great to go gung ho in one area- but we know that long term success is determined by being mindful and keeping one’s life in balance. The right pace is important for each person to find to allow equal parts of kindness and creation.
We will use left and right brain techniques to understand and align with our roles in the life that we’ve created- and set intentions for what we want to co-create in each area in the future. Balancing missions and intentions with small actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly- this program gets results without the overwhelm, burnout and giving up that constant rallying and pushing can bring into our lives.
Meditation, journaling, mind/body communication techniques and allowing ourselves to hear our highest selves- along with writing down the next steps and carrying them out each week are what mindful goal book is about.
